One upgrade and one dead even switch for me. Cannot add them as I learned my lesson last time on adding before the coin was in hand. No biggie on the upgrade but it seems that most like the dead even swap on the 23P. No Red here for a couple of weeks. image

    Tim:

Thanks for noticing my new coin. And, EVEN MORE THANKS for confirming that I am not alone: When I see red in a Merc collection, I open up the collection to see what has been added. At least now I know I am not alone in my prying ways!!image I am always happy to see a coin added. And, what I like most about the group of Merc collectors, is that we are always happy to see another collector add a coin.

So, I wonder--does anyone beside Tim and me open up sets when there is an "updated" flag on them to see what's been added?

  • I always open up to see the new coins added, that is what makes it fun. I want to see if there are any future potential coins that I may want when you guys upgrade...imageimage I have compiled a list of the coins that I am real interested in, and when the money and time is right, I will make an offer to whom ever has what I need. I hope this is ok with everyone....I can only assume, that the sets with email symbol, it would be ok.
    Aint this FUN!

I check the registry at least once a day and always look at the new additions. I enjoy seeing other collectors actively working to complete and upgrade their sets. I have had several instances of other collectors contacting me to let me know of a coin they have for sale, or sometimes, where a coin I need can be found. I am very thankful for the great help and advice I have received from several board members. My Merc education is about 10 times farther along than it would have been ortherwise. As far as the red in my set, I'm not working on red Fridays, I'm working on a red March!
