That's a very pretty coin, but one you might more commonly see as a beautifully toned proof issue, with the color quality and smooth even coverage that this one shows. You would expect end roll toned coins to have a distinct( or somewhat distinct, depending on how often the coin was disturbed) " pattern" that reflects the shape of the paper enviornment it's stored in. In this case, maybe more of a bullseye pattern because of the shotgun type roll it's in. However, and there always seems to be an exception to the rule, the "Appalachain Hoard" of toned War Nickels were also stored in rolls, purportedly in a small metal foot locker, for a few decades, many of which toned in a similar manner. So this coin could also be the product of similar storage. The colors don't seem out of line for the issue, but out of curiousity, the paper end we see looks pristine, how does the other end look?
