Time it takes to grade coins accurately.

I don't mean to whine here, but it is almost inevitable. I recently sent in a submission that had a very nice 1921-S Morgan and an 1883 NC Liberty Nickel. They were both graded as AU-58. I find that to be crap. The 1921-S Morgan had an awesome strike on the obverse, but the reverse strike, especially on the breast feathers was not the greatest, but not really bad. I checked over the coin with a 10X loupe, to make sure it didn't have any wear. My 1883 NC Liberty Nickel, well that grade is completely outrageous! This coin has NO wear, I would almost put my life on that. I searched it over for wear also with a 10X loupe. PCGS has some serious problems that need to be addressed, otherwise they will lose a lot of customers, and lose their following. I know that PCGS has had a surge in submissions, and they're probably looking over the coins fast. Perhaps the graders should take longer to grade coins. Going over a coin in 10 seconds, and seeing a bad strike on a coin, can lead the grader to believe that it is AU. You said you weren't in the business of pissing people off. Well maybe you should find the root of the problems perhaps.
