Fairtraderz, I like you cats, I have several Frankies in the HepKitty Collection that have come from you guys, but tell me about this one.
$700 is way to high on this coin, one can score a ms66 for in the 300 to 350 range. I see you have it marked 99% FBL AMAZING.
Why in the world wouldn't you re-submit this coin and if it grades a ms65fbl then you have a 10k plus coin on your hands. If
this coin has a big enough of a break and distraction in the bell lines it will never get FBL. I can't see anyone paying 700 for one thats
close but no cigar. I thought about bidding on this coin when you last had it listed, you had a reserve, but I had no idea you cats
were thinking this much cash.

Geez, you cats are doing this in alot of your auctions, this one you call FBL. If it is, re-submit it. Its hard to judge from a scan/picture,
but this doesn't look FBL at all, it appears to have breaks in the lines and typical weakness to the left of the crack in the bell.

This is a major Franklin dealer. Has been for years. Some of that terminolgy is to entice you to buy. to make you think you could possibly get a FBL. If he was so sure, and he is an EXPERT, he would send it for FBL himself. I'll look for one without the added label.

He has always been fair on his prices, at shows too. Can pull some real sweet ones out of his hat.

Lucy: Let's assume this coin is NOT a FBL but it's close. Why isn't the coin worth a premium above "normal" non-FBL price, assuming all else is the same? I mean, would you rather pay $10,000 if the SAME coin was surrounded in plastic with the FBL designation?

I've never understood the logic in paying these super-premiums for these strike designations...same goes for FH or FB or whatever. Why not pay much LESS money for virtually the same thing?

    Just curious.

I would glady pay the 10k for a fully struck ms65fbl Frankie with sharp and very visable to the eye bell lines... I have a raw one such as this that is a very very close fbl candidate and I paid 20 dollars for it............
