why is the current cross over rate so low
with ngc coins
LOOKING FOR 1931-s merc that is nice for the grade and fb

    not sure...

    Possible reasons...

    1. people aren't sending in the right coins
    2. Other services are being too loose
    3. PCGS graders are being too tight
    4. Some combination of the above.

    I can assure you that we have a strong desire to cross every coin that meets our standards.
