I believe if I pay $65 at a show to have a coin graded and all you can say if it is bodybagged in questionable color then I believe you have taken my money without giving me an adequate service. Even if I waited 45 days for a bodybag and only got 2 words it still seems like you guys have not fulfilled your service to me.

I believe you should give a better explanation AND give the coin back with 1/2 serevice fee charged (or less)

Sometimes customer satidfaction is more important than the almighty dollar.

I totally agree. I think we need to give a better description for body bags at all service levels (except maybe economy). Give me 30 to 60 days and I'll put it in place.
