How is PCGS doing on the backlog

How is PCGS doing on the backlog of coins? When i called to enquire I was told my orders were going on the hotlist. Something about 2 weeks with no movement. Please explain?
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    Mad Marty...The economy line sucks...and it's going to suck for another month or two. We are being flooded with coins and we have to grade the regular, express, and walk-thru services first. I do not like the situation and I am working on it.
