Holdering problem coins

Has PCGS considered holdering problem coins with the problems notated, similar to NCS slabs, or even Anacs "net" slabs?

    This is an idea we have talked about for years. We even done dealer surveys on this idea. The bottom line is the majority of our dealers don't want us to do this. They feel it degrades the overall product.
