eyebrow on Morgan(could this be a Vam)

Anyone knowing about Vam Morgan's, does this eyebrow look funny!

    With that image, I can't determine if it is a slag mark (impure metal streak), a die crack/break, or some surface disturbance.

    You are going to have to provide a few more details for me to be able to answer, other than to say, it sure doesn't look like a mintmade variety to me.
