Questoin about Registry

I bought my first PCGS Roosevelt PR68DCAM today to start a registry set. the questiong is regarding the "POP" and "POP Higher" that is seen on the set listing what does this mean!

POP = Population (number of coins with the same grade as yours)
POP Higher = Population higher (number of coins graded higher than yours)
