What do you think of this...

I want to know some of you opinions on this half dime. It is graded vf-20 by ANACS. I like it but I do not know what a fair price to pay for it would be. I am trying to set up a type collection of half dimes and I think it would match pretty well with the one I just purchased.

You have very good taste for coins
I like it a lot.
According to CDN, price for F is $15, VF $17, XF $28
I expect more details on obverse for a VF coin, but reverse has good detail and overall eye appeal is excellent!!

I hate to say it, but the obverse almost makes me wanna puke

but thats what makes collecting coins interesting - if everybody liked just 1 thing, few could afforfd that 1 thing

VG-10 obverse (doesn't appear to have a full LIBERTY and there is a LOT of wear) VF-20 Reverse. I'd net it as a F-12. I also feel the CDN values are too low. A 68-S is tougher to find than that. Either that or the values for seated half dimes have come down while I wasn't looking and it's time to start upgrading some of mine.

The coin I posted a picture of was on eBay. It sold for $36.00 + $3.00 shipping. I did not even bid because it was a little more then I wanted to pay. I might have bid on it if it didn't get up to the price it did but it was already away from what I wanted to pay before there was only 1 hour and a half left. When I posted the picture it was at about $22.00 so I was thinking about bidding if it didn't go too high but like I said it went above all the prices you gave.
