1935 DDO 1-O-V CENT AU Is it worth getting slabbed?

I was going through my friends wheaties and found this coin It is an AU or MS 60 I am not too good at the grading. I sent it to coneca and Mr Wiles gave me this number. My buddy asked if he should have it slabbed or just put it on E-Bay raw. Any opinions appreciated. Or thoughts on what it would bring. I know the cherrypickers guide show it only has a 2 star interest rating . thanks rick
