I'm Buying The Coin & Ignoring The Slab

although I am selling the vast majority of my collection, I have decided to keep a couple of sets, and hence am seeking three coins to round them out.
One of these I have located on ebay in the condition I am looking for.
After viewing the scans, I can see it is a solid VF+, and it will be a nice compliment to teh coins in the date range surrounding it.
As it looks now, I will get this coin at about 2/3 of bid.
Why? Because it is in an AGC slab! And it will stay there a good three minutes after I get it home, which is about the time it will take me to get a pair of pliers and a screwdriver.
I guess if you can pick out a good coin in an AGC slab, you can pick it up pretty cheap.
