    To make them aware of spam regarding their site (for example, a seller telling you about his new auctions, and you didn't request the information), email spam@ebay.com and include the original message incl. headers

    To make them aware of an individual sending you an email claiming to be eBay, and requesting your password, requesting you to visit a link, etc. email spoof@ebay.com and include the original message incl. headers.

    To contact their safe harbour team regarding fraud, rule violations, etc. email safeharbor@ebay.com

    Questions regarding billing I *think* can go to either billing@ebay.com or account@ebay.com
