Each youngster, twelve or under, who attend the March 14-16, 2003
Baltimore Coin and Currency Convention gets to dig into our Kid's Bucket
for a Free Hand Full of Money (once each day). This extremely popular
and important feature of our Convention has helped create many new
young coin collectors and the dealers who attend our Convention are
very generous to the youngsters.
We just received a very nice donation from two of our dealers that included
a lot of late-date proof singles, and some special holders to put them into.
We would like to publically thank:
Bob Johnson - Tampa, Florida
and
Emroy Robinson - Edgewood Coins - Jacksonville, Florida
for there generous donation. The kids will really like this material.
We also receive a lot of other neat donations from our dealers, and many
of the collectors who also attend the Convention. If you, or your club, would
like to donate any type of material to the Kid's Bucket, or donate some cash
(all of which will go to buy additional material for the Kid's Bucket) please
bring to the Convention, or send to Gordon W. Berg, P. O. Box 1876,
Rockville, MD 20849. Everything donated will go to the youngsters.
Any type of coins, currency, medals and tokens, supplies, reference material, holders, or just about anything pertaining to numismatics will work.
