Question regarding a PSA slabbed card..

Hey gang,

Just wanted to see if anyone had an answer to this riddle. I just bought a card from a PSA authorized dealer via his site. I received the card in the mail, and the card is in a soft sleeve slabbed with a PSA holder. Does PSA do this? This is my first one.

And, as I'm looking at it, the card (a 1971) is holdered in a slab made for a larger card. Very strange.

Any help is appreciated. PM me if possible.

    Yes, when cards are oversized they will place in a sleeve, I have many cards like that.
    If it's worth doing..It's worth overdoing!!

    I had a Randy Johnson RC PSA 10 that I bought off of Ebay like that. I called PSA and they said that it was in the wrong holder and they would reholder it for free because I told them that the card moves around too much and it might damage the card. I included it on a separate invoice with one of my other batches that I sent in. They sent it back in it's new holder free of charge and they even paid for return shipping.
