Mike, looks like one of those borderline coins, either a high end 64 or a lower end 65. Kind of hard to tell for sure with the scans, but knowing the bump they give CCs, if I had to pick one grade I would say 65.
Since 1885-CC is notoriously a baggy coin this will grade MS65+. The good news is that GSA buyers will pay top dollar in the GSA holder, which is where I hope it stays.

darktone, please dont, you'll never get the damn label off the GSA holder. I'm an NGC dealer and think that label kills the originality of the holder. Just my opinion.
