I used to own s/n 791. It was a nice AU piece, got it as melt silver in Germany. How it made it to Germany I'll never know. I now wish I had never sold that piece.

They're a fun coin. One I've enjoyed owning and regret letting it go.

You mean you can search through the internet! Wow!

That's incredible! Wait a minute. This is great news! Now, every question posted here is actually posted by a lazy or ignorant person....

which means no one should post any questions here anymore .... which means that there will be a dearth of posts...which means that
we should all start posting images of coins!.....that they own, regardless of whether they're for sale or not!

    Yeah!!!!!

Adrian, I dont see why we have to choose between ignorant and lazy.

Cant we just be both lazy AND ignorant, as long as we enjoy being both.

Adrian, the best reference I know of on Lesher Dollars is the article in the Numismatist, Feb., 1978 by Adna Wilde. Copies of this article are usually available from the Numismatic Literature dealers like Charlie Davis or John Burns. Also, the 1952 ANA Sale had a tremendous number of Leshers for sale. TomT.
