I'm in Wisconsin, and we are seeing plenty of the D mint Illinois Quarters.

I've seen an Illinois P quarter dollar and a P Lincoln cent.

I've also seeded about 20 2003 P&D dollars into circulation from hunts through rolls. (Johnny Coinseed?)

Saw an 03D cent in my change a few days ago, and frankly don't even look at the dates on the other coins. All current coins are just spending slugs to me.

I noticed the first 2003 cent last week. Usually don't see'em until closer to the middle of the year around here.
