You'll have to post some pics if you want an accurate answer. Also make sure that what you consider toning isn't haze. (i made that mistake when i first started i bought all the hazy Proof sets because i thought the coins were toned)
Depends on what kind of toning it is... how attractive it is... and how much there is of it... But if it was a completely toned coin cover with attractive colors and pattern then yes it would be worth more.
I have no good way to get a picture of the coin but i will say this i am 99.9% sure its toned. It has diferent colors at diferet rings also it does not cover the hole thing. the color starts and moves down from the top and ends about 3/4 of the way to the bottom!
