Who has a PL state quarter?

I remember someone that bought a state quarter that had the PL designation, which company is the one that graded it? and do you have a picture of it?

NGC will grade the Statehoods as PL

only seen NGC coins
never seen a PCGS State Qtr with PL

I forgot who recently bought it but it was an NGC coin. I have a couple in PCGS holders that are PL, but, as already said, they do not designate them as such.
