A freebie from littleton. Where did this *&%$ come from

making way for the new safe and discovered this package of coins from littleton, I don't even know how I got them, but I think it was when the Statehood quarters came out and I sent in for the approval thingy.
The good news is, theres a 1999 P statehood quarter in the envelope that looks to be a 66 at least and maybe a 67. No visible marks and very, very few hairlines, no rim dings, i'm not shure what to look for in a 67, but this one looks very good, just wish I could remember how I got it, lord knows I'd never buy anything from hem.
