The ink is a minor error compared to the fact that this coin was also struck compeltely out of focus. Just look at the scans! You can barely see the details. Fascinating error. I once held another rare Morgan Dollar error: it was struck with a hole at 12:00. Ahhh, good times, good times.

Great picture, it allows one to grade the coin between XF and MS 62. I would think that the

ink mark alone should add at least 300 dollars to the value of the coin??????? Ine could say

fuzzy pictures for fuzzy minded collectors.

Perhaps they have stumbled upon a very rare form of tonning (bicbag tone) and they only want us to want the coin more by teasing us with a obscured image.

The black line across the rev probably was caused by having a rubberband around a stack of 2x2 holders
The $500 shipping is probably a typo because right next to it the seller says "s/h/i will be 5.00 us".
