My 1943P Die clash Jefferson

A good friend gave this to me in a cointain. . he gave it to me as just a friendly jestor. Well about a year ago i knoticed that it is a die clash nothing real big . The coin is Unc I have some pic of the clash i dont know how well they show up . tell me what you think grade wise and what it is worth. The one pic i have of it is sucky il try to get a better one later in the day.

The clash is under the chin and just above the ribbon on his pony tail. can you see it???

  • Yes I see it. It looks as if the dies were rotated when they clashed. Does the reverse show any signs of clashing? And are the dies still rotated or properly aligned now?

  • Yes I am refering to the retangular goiter on his neck. No I didnt knotice this right away I had it about a year before I really took a good look at it. . I need to start looking at my coins better right when iget them.

    I think its a struck through.

    Unless it is rotated that much and the top left corner of the Monticello is showing through.
