How can I get a hold of Playoff about a card I bought that was damaged in the mail?? It was an auto

I received a Deion Brance Prime Signatures Prime cut # 1/5 that had a crease by the auto.. looks like it was bent in half... thats 2 damaged cards in 3 weeks?


Any help would be great...

    If you got this from playoff then you are golden, but if you got it from another person in a trade
    then it is the USPS fault. LMK if you need a special playoff #

    no I bought it off ebay... I think I will just have to get my money back for insurance..unless there is a way I can get a new card. This is the first and second time I have received damaged cards..lol kind of sucks with this one...

    If it was a redemption that was damaged while being sent from Playoff then yes they will replace.

    If you bought it from an individual and it was damaged in transit from them then they are at fault.

    it was in the tins guys... no redemption or anything.. it was pulled and listed on ebay.

    lol... I received the insurance slip from the seller already and an email saying what I paid.. collecting that wouldnt be a problem.. I would rather have a Mint auto # 1/5 I paid 68$ for instead of the money though.

    too bad...now it's eaither keep the busted card or get your $68 from the PO...image

    Yes that is what is sad, the PO keeps the card, and eventually may put it up in a Government auction, who knows they could even destroy it. So I guess Beckett should be notified that there is only 4 Deion Branch's if this is the course you take. I would at least talk to Playoff and see if there is anything they can do, I doubt it but worth a shot.

    alright I will contact playoff first and see if they will do anything... if not I guess there will only be four of these cards..lol it is creased all the way through..
