Better Business Bureau

I was doing a little digging on some other companies and, low and behold, look what I found.

Snicker

Who would have thought that PCGS would have an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB? I know, one unanswered complaint isn't much of a record but still, it's funny nonetheless.

The BBB is a huge meaningless joke. I wonder why anybody pays any attention to them at all. Everybody seems to think that if a business is a member of the BBB it means they are somehow more "legitimate" than a business that isn't. All it really means is that they forked over the membership dues.

  • being a business owner and dealing with 2-3 complaints from the BBB have found them to be fairly worthless. In my experience as long as I sent a reply then the BBB considers it a satisfactory case.

Isn't one of their functions supposed to a way to view a business' feedback?

I realize they are supposed an avenue of recourse in some instances, but so do many other "oversight" services.

Yes, one may not get resolution of disputes, but one can surely find out how much they want to entrust to a "business" provided, people use it as intended.

Okay, it's a half full v. half empty point of view. Forgive me? image

Forgot to add: Even though it is only one, seems to me it should be at least answered.
