I think they both are in the AG-3 catagory. mike

That quarter looks better than ag3, I see at least 4 letters in liberty and probably 5. Cleaning may drag it down a bit, but not a bad coin for a circulated set.

I would grade them both as Good. They both have rims without stars or lettering merging into them, and as mentioned previously, the quarter has visible lettering on the obverse shield (the reverse shield looks good also). Maybe G-4 on the 20 center and G-6 on the quarter.
