The piece sells uncirculated for the same price as any other platinum $10. It is only the slabbed MS-69 that has any value. In my opinion, this is a poor investment caused by lack of submission, not lack of high-grade examples.
It would not take a lot of MS-69's coming on the market to kill the current price of that one piece. The piece has one of the highest mintages in the $10 series, and has the lowest total submitted. But the ratio between MS-68 and MS-69 pieces is consistent with the rest of the series, so it is not conditionally scarce.
