I cleaned a coin today, and it looks great!

Yep, it's true. I've developed a new method for cleaning coins that I feel is virtually undetectable. And as with many great inventions, it was stumbled upon quite by accident. I inadvertently left a quarter in my pocket when I did some laundry this morning. I remember looking at the coin yesterday and noticing how dirty it was. Well, out of the laudry machine it came this morning brite and shiney! Since it was inside my pocket the whole time, I don't think the cleaning was abrasive. I looked at it under a loupe and it looks pretty original. The only drawback (way to detect it, if you will) is that my coin now smells vaguely of Mountain Spring Tide!
I'll call my new method: LMC or Laundry Machine Conservation! I plan on giving NCS a run for their money!
