Jefferson Quandry

I picked up a 1943-P Jefferson in an old old old PCGS slab graded MS65. After some 10X viewing, I think it has a shot at FullSteps, but I doubt it will go 65, has a cut in the middle of his head behind the eye, and a smaller one near his mouth, and looks like someone sneezed on him....the cuts are invis to naked eye, spots aren't............quandry is, should I take a shot and see if it gets the FS and drop the grade or leave as is? Not real knowledgable about Jeffersons(or any other series for that matter), but thinking of starting me a set. I paid about 25% below MS65 PCGS price guide for it, so if it winds up in a drawer somewhere, its no huge loss. Just looking for opinions.

Send the coin in thru the regrade service. We guarantee that the coin will not go down in grade. If it needs to go down, we'll pay you the difference in value.
