I have to give Kudos to Sarasota Frank and it is probably long overdue. I purchased 3 peace dollars from Frank (1923, 1925 and the 1927) and prior to him shipping it, he dangled a 1923-D Peace dollar in front of me... I couldn't resist. Since I was hindging on blowing my coin budget on the deal, he sent the 1923-D peace dollar for me to review and gave me a month to pay for it.... A trusting soul. I could have easily moved out of the country and Frank would never have seen the payment 
but as it stands, I am sending him the MO for the PD tomorrow.
The coins were graded/slabbed on average MS63. He gave me a good deal right around book value... although he probably could have gotten a bit more. Some people I dealt with on ebay were looking for money that was way over book value. Some people from the boards offered me good deals as well but for the dollar value and the coins I needed, Pound for Pound, Frank gave me the best deals.
Thanks to Frank, my coin budget is gone but thanks to him I have to say that I am very close to getting the Peace Dollar collection completed. Unfortunately I have cracked all the coins out of their slabs and put them in dansco albums, with exception to the 23-D which I won't crack out until I get home from the post office tomorrow.
