Did anyone see the 1794 Dollar in the upcoming Bowers sale? PCGS net Grade?

Is this an example of a unofficial "net" grade by PCGS? The coin looks like a strong VF, but some major handling marks. Hence the lower grade.
Collecting since 1976.

The Mint was fraught with problems in the early days; coining these large cartwheels was especially problematic due mostly to the insufficient pressure generated by the hand press and to the lousy planchets.
BTW, speaking of ED's, did you notice the PLUS signs in this week's greysheet for EF specimens?

I looked as a really nice 1794 at a show in FL about 15 yrs ago. It was a very nice XF, at 45,000. What would it go for today?
