Am I missing something?

I bought this libery nickel over the weekend in California, graded MS-60 by the dealer. I was looking at this one compared to a 1911 MS-63 that he had, and I liked the look of this coin better. It seems to have great luster (doesn't really show in a scan), nice eye appeal, and no glaring bag marks. I can't tell why it would only be graded MS-60 -- am I overlooking something?

It looks rather weakly struck and the surfaces look less than pristine. The hit on the nose and the V hurts. The light colored areas around the stars & other devices as compared with the darker color of the rest of the fields and the brown rev streak leads me to think it may have been chemically cleaned and a slider BU as well.
It looks great to me.As in Ch BU.If I didnt know better I,d call it a 64.
Very few contact marks.Color seems natural and overall quite clean.
Cleaned? Maybe but no harshly from what I can tell.
Am I also missing `it`?
I have an `83 no cents that looks very BU also.In fact I think I might have a Proof and not know it.
The fields are nearly mirrored and the devices seem lightly cameo.
My current pics suck so I may re-shoot them for disscussion.
