I saw that too and even put a bid in. Yes, it looks like the best MS-63 I've ever seen. MS-63's for sale are rare. I think that this will go for stong money.

Thanks. I sold it to a customer for $14,000 last year. Wish I had it back.

(Putin 1/17) Gone but not forgotten. IGWT, Speedy, Bear, BigE, HokieFore, John Burns, Russ, TahoeDale, Dahlonega, Astrorat, Stewart Blay, Oldhoopster, Broadstruck, Ricko, Big Moose.
Wow Goose, better strike than most 65s. I think that's a clash mark above the wing. Looks like it also has the outline of the wing along the inside lower portion of the wreath, part of it in the left loop of the ribbon.
Looking forward to seeing the coin your referring to - ebay is blocked at work and I haven't yet been able to link up - will check it out tonight.
Good to see Shylock back at the forum!

Not sure why that's in a 63 holder! Would be fun to see in person.

Sight unseen, hard to tell....I'd be thinking 64 money if interested, though ebay bidders aren't big spenders - I'll guess $816.

Maybe it's just me, but do you guys not care about a seller's feedback when bidding on expensive coins? I read the feedback from that seller and I don't think I would have bid.

That's a nice coin. My question is: why did you run across it? That could really hurt the coin you know.
