Guess the snippers were busy else were when this one closed. This may seem to be an easy coin to get but in 66 it has taken me awhile to find one.

That coin jumps up to the Big Time in MS67 too. Nice catch, especially if it's right up there on the far right of MS66+.

anytime you can get ANY coin, even if only 3 years old, for a third of the price of just THE PCGS SLAB, ya gotta go for it! well, with shipping, maybe only two-thirds the price of the plastic, but still!

I'm always looking to catch a 99c. start auction for a PCGS Ike and get it, (technically if not actually after the shipping), but for a cost technically LESS than the FACE VALUE of the coin inside!!

now that would be a riot!

I have gotten a few from him before and they were great coins. I will know in a few days how it looks but even if it's a low 66 it was a bargin at 5.00 Dollars. The bargins are out there I have put my set together and so far only a few coins have been over 30.00 dollars.

Will recieved the coin yesterday and it looks like a mid 66 coin to me. Like I said above this was a great deal and there are more out there on E-bay it just takes paitence ( I have none LOL). I recommend this seller and will buy from him again.

Amazing! How in the world did that Kennedy half survive soooooooo many years in that amazing state of preservation. Imagine all of the change of seasons that this coin has seen in it's long life. Gives you goose bumps, doesn't it?

Thanks all including you Ed. The only reason I started this was because even though it's only a 2000 D Kennedy, this is a hard coin to get in 66. check out the pop numbers compared with the other years around it. This coin has been going for around 40 to 50 dollars the last few times on e-bay. I have been looking for awhile and when I got this for 5 dollars it kinda blew me away. Hey Ed if you have a few you want to sell me at that price I will take them all. Yes I'm doing this a buget but not because of my income the Navy pays me well believe me. I love this set and just wanted to do something different with it, I have two full sets in Dansco albums so I just decided to try to do a set like this in 66. It's hard for me to justify spending the extra money for a 67 when it's so hard to tell the different's between the two grades. Some of my 66's look better then some 67's I have seen so why spend the extra.

It's hard for me to justify spending the extra money for a 67 when it's so hard to tell the different's between the two grades. Some of my 66's look better then some 67's I have seen so why spend the extra.

Definitely the smart way to collect, who ever sent this in and paid the $10 + shipping did it the wrong way. Great purchase!!
