The reverse on that dime, is it a die clash, or posibly a multistrike, or???

Nice find! Not nearly as softly struck as many I have seen. I'm looking for that one also. Hoping to find a nice 64FB.

I have made my first submission to PCGS. Sent in 8 Mercs on Friday. It will be interesting to see what kind of grades I get. I did have some great help in deciding what to send in. Now the waiting begins!

It has partial bands--Oh maybe about 60 to 70%.

Yes, the reverse looks extremely nice for a no bands dime. For what you paid, I think you will look back on this as a bargain someday! Nice luster and eye appeal, and the kind of toning that speaks volumns!
