Buffalo people

I know a person that has probably 20 to 30 thousand buffalo nickels. I told him that if he ever wants to get rid of them, to let me know. What would be a good starting price per coin for the whole lot? Thanks, Ken

My local dealer has buffalos for sale .40 each but he sells them to me for .35. Considering the size of this lot plus you want to make a little profit. I would say for a lot like that .25-.30 each.

I think rolls bid around $18.50, so you're looking at 45¢ each.

A company like Littleton might take them all.
