Had my firewall at ½ throttle so I could search faster and all of a sudden this mess hits my pc, had to 3 finger salute and use taskman to close down eBay

I can't believe that seller racked up 500+ pos feedbacks! Who would have the time to wait for all that crap to load? And it wasn't just music, there was a Quicktime video too.

That auction was 27 screens long at my resolution of 1024x768. I looked at one other auction by that seller and it was 37.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

I dunno....I'd hardly be able to feel a token that small in bed next to me. Notice it says the images are enlarged and are already the size of a dime. image

For those of you who use Internet Explorer, you can set it not to play video or music embedded in web pages. It sure made surfing eBay a lot easier for me. That auction did not lock up my computer, but even without the sound or video, it took several minutes to load on a dialup.

Well, I hate to be a minority of one, but I am on a cable modem using IE and it wasn't bad. However, I feel the pain of everyone on a dial-up modem!

Hell, I'm on dsl and it took so long to load I thought my pc had locked up. When I 3 fingered it I saw it had locked zone alarm. After I shut down the eBay page zone alarm was ok. Zone alarm is tough but it blew it's mind.
I guess that's what I get for looking at foren coins!

    Wow! That auction is annoying.
No problem DL. Cable is great but there was still a 2 sec lag.
