This is the one that causes toning:
Although, my guess is that if you left the coins in the holder in that auction long enough, it would probably also cause some toning.

mbbiker, I've seen a lot of those and they don't promote toning. A lot of times the plastic is sealed and that probably stops the toning.
The on Russ posted, as well as one with a similar text, promote toning.
