Formula for Mercury Dimes????

in Q & A Forum
David, I have figured out all but one of the formulas.....what is the formula for the SET Rating for Mercury Dimes....
And, I must have not asked this question in the right format the other day when I posted. I sent three dimes in for personal review, and they came back the same.......my Question is just what qualifies as FB to PCGS, the dimes I sent you, the line is there, not full round ones, but a solid line. Please let us know what qualifies.

To be "Full bands" a Mercury dime must have the center line complete. No part of the two center bands can touch one another. In addition, if there's a cut or bag mark that cuts across the bands, we will not designate the coin as FB.
