2003 DDO Silver Eagles?!!!

Has anyone seen or heard of MS Silver Eagles being graded as DDO's! I have seen a photo copy sent to a local dealer that has graded one as MS 69 DDO!
Please don't start any business about any grading company, and it is not ACG!!
I'm curious if anybody has news on this 2003 Silver Eagle.

I have a number of examples of SAE DDO's I don't think they are uncommon, I find it hard sometimes to find one that is not.

Are you sure it is not mechanical doubling? I am sure I can guess which company graded it as they always label mechanical doubling as DDO/DDR.

I thought their minting process had eliminated the possibility of doubled dies. Isn't that so? GOTTA be common machine doubling.

Definately PCI - they don't know a DDO from a hole in the ground.
