Just curious. Weren't the cards from the 1966-1969 Kahn sets cut from the packaging below the dotted line? If so, why does PSA grade these?

OK, I'll try again. Why is this card graded?
Kahn's Aaron
-- there is no way that card has not been cut along the bottom
Why does PSA grade these?

Good question. PSA will not grade Red Man without tabs... Here is a former thread with similar

curmudgeon,
The card you are linked to has a the tab. There was never a tab on the bottom and was the card was not cut from the packaging.
