So is this a find?

I recently purchased a nice 1854 silver 3c in ANACS AU-58. As I was looking at it under magnification recently I tilted it a little and another pattern suddenly jumped out at me. It was the pattern from the other side of the coin. Apparently the planchet had been weekly struck the first time through and so had been reused. You have to hold the coin at just the right angle to see the first strike but when you do its all there right down to the stripes in the great seal and the three borders around the star. What I want to know is:
1) is this a known error? It's not in the cherrypickers guide.
2) Is there a premium for this sort of error?
3) Is it worth cracking it out and sending it in to be attributed? If so which service?
Thanks,
MtMan

In fact on the type 2 gold dollars from the same year it is rare to find a coin without the clash marks.
