20% to 40% of Toned coins are Doctored ??

Good Evening.

Is this statement aimed at All Toned Coins or just at the So Called Monster Toned Coins ? I have to strongly disagree if the statement is a blanket statement.

    This statement is my opinion of the percentage of AT now found in all toned raw coins. But note that my observation is that the so-called "monster toned" coins I see are usually OK. This is just my observation based on the coins I see come thru PCGS, the coins I see at auctions, and the coins I see at coin shows.
