I had a Morgan proof come back with fingerprints on it

I have not been told any update and I know you don't know the specifics but what are the possible outcomes. It is a 1892 PF63 CAM with a golden tone to it. How easy are fingerprints to remove from a lightly toned coin? is is possible the coin will be regraded since the fingerprints are not on it now (hopefully)?
