Submission in verification for 4 days - What does it mean?

I have a submission that has been sitting in verification for 4 days. Its a bunch (16) FS jeffersons. Bright BU's from original rolls. IMO, it can't be good. I think the I just got downgraded on a killer top pop coin to the lower grade. If it was my 43-D's I expected most to go 67FS. Or if it was my others I had some killer choice FS from 42-44 (P,D,S)'s What do you think?
