Icon upload instructions?

It's been a while. What do I do - just include an icon as an atch in this thread, wait for it to upload and then edit my profile? Pls correct me if I am wrong, before I lose my chance. Thanksimage

    Go to profile tab and then at the bottom of the page it says icon upload.Hit the browse button to search your computer and then choose it.Then at the bottom hit update profile.It can not be larger than 10kb or 100 pixels by 100 pixels.

    There is no browse button or any other method on that page to upload your own icon.

    My understanding is the button isn't visible until Carol turns on uploading.
