Would PCGS bag these coins?

The reason i ask about the nickel is because of the scratch on the face, Also post what grade you think they would get.

the Bust half?
I think it's too bright to slab, but the rim ding is deal breaker. It's just too much of one.

If you want both coins slabbed at the highest possible grade, I suggest that you submit the coins through an authorized PCGS dealer who has a very large monthly submission volume. In my experience and opinion, results vary depending on your position within the industry (some of us call it a hobby). You may want to find a PNG member who can submit the coins for you.
The 1903 is attractive...it may not be a MS64 because of the two scratches, but it has great fields and is still worthy of an MS63.
The half... no chance and I would not waste the money. If you want attritube the coin to the appropriate Overton number, send the coin to ANACs, but I feel comfortable predicting it would be net graded.
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
