Four 1960-D Frankies, to dip or not to dip, that is the question???

Here are 4 1960-D Frankies (still in the mint pack cello). These are ugly coins... The scans are huge to I linked them. I would like to know the opinions of grade, FBL and should I dip them or submit them as is...
Again the scans are huge...

It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

Even if you don't submit them, they should be dipped clean.
Actually they look pretty nice for mint set halves, but just so you know what a genuine-bonafide-superduper MS65FBL blast white 1960D half looks like
Really though,I dont think dipping will help these Frankies. The amount of time they would need to sit in a solution to
take away all the toneing would strip ALL the luster that may be hideing under that dark color. They have a better shot at high grade just the way they are.Remember,eye-appeal is subjective. One mans trash is another mans treasure.
