Acronyms: NARU, BIN and PM

I have enjoyed reading the threads on the forum there definitely is a wealth of information here. My question is what do the following mean "NARU", "BIN" and "PM". I am assuming they will be rather easy once I hear the full phrase.

Naru is a funny jacket from the 60s that all the stoners used to wear
BIN is the past tense of be
PM is any time after 12:00 noon.

I know not very helpful.

PMs is the plural of PM... not PMS
